- Vendor Coordinator
Coordinates vendor setup.
Collects Market Day fees from all vendors.
Makes end of day cash deposit.
Ensures food vendors are following all regulations.
- Market Booth Coordinator
Coordinates Market Booth setup and take down.
Ensures Market Visitor water cooler is filled with water.
Takes visitor crowd counts.
- Performance Coordinator
Coordinates set up and take down of stage.
Coordinates performances.
Ensures there is music/ entertainment playing before, between and after performances.
- Volunteer Coordinator
Coordinates volunteers activities of set up and take down.
Tracks who is volunteering for the Market Day.
